As an undergraduate, Mr. Heindel studied Business and Finance at Georgetown University. He worked as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in the Exclusive Sales & Divestitures Group, providing sell side advice to corporations with market values between $50 million and $500 million. Mr. Heindel was an Attorney at Cravath Swaine & Moore, specializing in the defense of large corporations. Mr. Heindel has worked with several startup businesses, including many Internet companies. His knowledge of Information Technology, website design, search engine optimization, and Internet security make him a valuable asset to any Internet business. Mr. Heindel is a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut. Personal Background: Mr. Heindel was born in Ocean Springs, Mississippi and moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania while in elementary school.
